Engineering

There are many different types of engineer and engineering, so it’s certainly a subject to explore in a lot of detail if it’s of interest. Engineering roles can be challenging but incredibly satisfying, and many jobs offer great salaries.

A Biomedical Engineer, for example, uses technology and knowledge of the human physiology to diagnose diseases, restore loss of function to the body and improve the quality of life of patients. An Automotive Engineer, by comparison, designs new cars not only for everyday use but also new ways to speed up our fastest F1 cars! Why not explore the vast range of other engineering roles out there, including Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering to name but a few more!

Different branches of engineering require different skills sets and interests, but generally being a good creative thinking, having an interest in technology or maths, and a good eye for detail is important.

Do you think that’s who you are?

Is that who you are? Why not take a closer look. Explore our downloadable booklet below or alternatively click the link to view the booklet online.
