Day-to-day I oversee our three programmes for underrepresented groups including young carers, care experienced students and service pupils.

After completing a degree in English Studies at The University of Nottingham I knew that I wanted to work with young people. This has led me into a range of different job roles including working with looked after children, survivors of domestic violence and English language teaching overseas. As the first female in my family to gain a degree I am passionate about the importance of education in social mobility.
