UCAS

The University and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) is responsible for processing applications to higher education courses in the UK. If you are thinking of applying to university or college to do a HE qualification, you’ll probably submit your application online through UCAS.

UCAS is a central hub of information about Undergraduate courses, where students can explore courses available across the UK. Their website also hosts a range of post-18 options information to inspire and facilitate educational progression, so is a useful resource for both students and practitioners.

Personal Statements

The personal statement forms part of the UCAS application process. It gives students the opportunity to explain why they have chosen to apply for a specific course, show their knowledge and understanding of the discipline, and their enthusiasm to study.
