Allied Health

If Allied Health is a new subject to you – you’re not alone! We’re here to help you understand this lesser known profession and perhaps help you decide if it could be for you in the future.

There are several jobs that make up the Allied Health Professions. These include Art/Drama/Music Therapist, Physiotherapist, and Speech and Language Therapist, to name just a few. Studying an Allied Health subject at higher education level once you leave school or college can be incredibly rewarding and sets you up for a great career.

Allied Health Professionals need to be caring, compassionate and great communicators. They’re committed to improving the lives of others, and work in partnership with other health professionals to ensure patients get the best care possible.

Do you think that’s who you are?

Is that who you are? Why not take a closer look. Explore our downloadable booklet below or alternatively click the link to view the booklet online.
